Site Superintendent
A Site Supervisor oversees the construction process and is responsible for the overall construction activities, within the established design, budget and scheduling guidelines. They are responsible for the progress of the construction project. Site supervisors organize trades, deal with issues and direct staff.
Duties:
- Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish.
- Oversee day-to-day field activities
- Managing a team
- Supervise the activities of subcontractors
- Prepare progress reports
- Issue progress schedules to clients
